Why Ben Carson Scares Donald Trump

10 Sep

ben carsonSo, the master of his domain, the legendary tycoon, the real estate legend, the Romeo of the model set, has finally found his kryptonite.
Yes, you heard it here first. Donald Trump is scared to death of Dr. Ben Carson.
Dr. Carson, known for being a soft-spoken man of character was asked recently to compare his and Donald Trump’s candidacies.
“I’ve realized where my success has come from and I don’t in any way deny my faith in God. And I think that is the big difference. By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches and honor and life and that’s a very big part of who I am. I don’t get that impression, maybe I’m wrong but I don’t get that.”
Pretty mild when you consider mudslinging in the presidential politics that has gone on for years. And Carson even left room for the idea that he could be wrong. Personally, I seriously doubt it but I digress.
Trump has carried on for months now like he’s untouchable and indestructible. Nobody can beat him. He showed just a little bit of fear in his response to Carson if you ask me.
“He was a doctor, perhaps an OK doctor, by the way. You should check that out too. We’re not talking about a great [doctor]. He was an OK doctor.”
Wait, what? Seriously? Dr. Ben Carson, in 1987, performed an operation that many doctors turned down. The opportunity to separate conjoined twins who shared some of the same blood vessels. He did it successfully. He’s operated on children while they were still inside the womb. Don’t get me wrong. Trump is also a smooth operator. But that only applies to the women that he has dated.
Hey, Trump, did Dr. Carson question your success? Did he claim that you were an “OK” businessman? This is not a schoolyard fight. Quit acting like an immature punk!
More from The Donald:
“I don’t know about Ben Carson’s faith. And all of a sudden he becomes this great religious figure? I don’t think he’s a great religious figure. And I saw him yesterday quoting something — and he was quoting on humility — and he looked like he had just memorized it two minutes before he made the quote. So don’t tell me about Ben Carson. ”
Probably the reason that you know nothing about Carson and his faith, Mr. Trump, is because the most you have read in years are articles about yourself and the label on your bottle of hair tonic. If you had read any of his books, you would find out that a relationship with Christ is central to everything Dr. Carson does. He is a man who lives his faith. It’s not a campaign thing with him. It’s a way of life. With you, it seems to be something that you treat as a sideline. Your comments recently have proven that.
A president must be one who loves God and loves his country. He must be one who shows discipline and common sense. He must be one who puts the needs of his country above his own. Ben Carson is all those things. Donald Trump is not. And he proved that with one response. Amazing. In my personal opinion, he should get a Christmas card from the Carson campaign from now on or at least until Carson’s second term is complete.
Thank you, Donald. Now go back to making real estate deals and chasing women. That appears to be what you are exceptionally good at doing.
